A pod is 8.5 mm and 96 by 64 mm, about the footprint of a card. It sits flat on the back of the phone, so the phone still slides into a pocket with the pod attached.

Will the pods stick to my phone without a case?
Yes, if the phone has a magnetic ring built in. With a regular case you need a magnetic case or a metal ring sticker, the same rule as any MagSafe style bank.
Can I charge two phones at the same time?
Yes. Give one pod to a friend and keep the other, or run one pod on the phone and charge headphones from the hub over USB-C.
How long does a pod hold?
3000 mAh covers roughly a full phone charge on a compact phone and about 60 percent on a large one, depending on the model.
Is it allowed on a plane?
Yes. The whole system is 13 000 mAh, which is under the usual 100 Wh cabin limit, so it travels in hand luggage.
Can I buy extra pods later?
